By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page together with an updated last revised date. Your continued use of the Services after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Convertionary, you agree to these Terms, which form a legally binding contract between you and the Company. Please read them carefully before using the service.

We also encourage you to review our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy, together with any additional terms, policies, or documents posted on the Service, is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion.

Translations of these Terms may be provided for convenience only. If there is any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English version will prevail as the binding version.

Unless explicitly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or otherwise exploit the Service or its underlying materials.

You retain ownership of the files, text, prompts, inputs, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). However, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, store, and use that content solely as required to operate, secure, improve, and support the Service, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

Your access to and use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damage to your device, systems, or data resulting from that use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the relevant Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100), whichever is greater.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.
